  • Meets the date and length criteria and is well-written and cited. Not self-nominated so QPQ is not an issue. The photo is in public domain because it was a US Government work. I personally prefer the first hook but it is a tad too long (205 char with spaces). Alt1 meets the length criteria but I'll propose an Alt2 as well.
