  • Sorry if I misunderstand, but the last citation provides a communication dated October 14, 1864, in which by Special Order 347 he receives his rank from Washington. Or do you mean fix the date to the full in the DYK? Mkdwtalk 05:01, 18 January 2013 (UTC)
