  • ... that to assist the Australians with INTERFET logistics, the US Army brought in helicopters from Russia and Bulgaria (pictured)? Source: [1] (page 33).

Superb article. Moved from sandbox, right to GA... long enough, new enough, very well cited, hook directly in the article and cite. Maury Markowitz (talk) 23:38, 4 November 2019 (UTC)
  • Hi, I came by to promote this, but I'm having trouble finding the hook fact in the article. It says that the US Army assisted, but that the Bulgarian helicopters were flown in on Russian transport aircraft, and the Russian helicopters flew in on their own. • You've just repeated what the hook says. The article says: "PACOM turned to the US Army's Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Two Mi-8 and two Mi-26 helicopters with air and maintenance crews were provided under contract by DynCorp." The US Army hired the Bulgarian and Russian helicopters. They didn't transport them, they paid for them. Hawkeye7 (discuss) 21:29, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
  • OK, thank you. Restoring tick per Maury Markowitz's review. Yoninah (talk) 21:43, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
