Article new enough (created today), and triple sourced to RS. Article and hook are NPOV, of sufficient length, and interesting. No obvious copyvio. The image, from the Akron Police Museum, is dated 1900 and is, therefore, out of copyright. QPQ done. Looks good. Chetsford (talk) 01:47, 11 March 2018 (UTC)
