New enough. Long enough. In scope. Main thrust of hook is covered by verifiable cite. Self-nominator seems to still be QPQ exempt (just about). Hook could possibly be meatier/clearer, but otherwise looks good to me. Guliolopez (talk) 21:13, 22 March 2015 (UTC)
