Epaulettes (stamp)[edit]
- ... that the first Belgian postage stamp series (twenty centimes version pictured) depicted Leopold I wearing military uniform, with highly visible epaulettes?

Recently promoted to GA; length fine. Hooks OK; I prefer the original hook, which is confirmed by an online citation in French, and which I accept AGF.
