Prior to expansion, the article had 5617 characters of prose. It currently has 8895 characters, or a 1.58x expansion, well short of the 5x required for dyk. Chris857 (talk) 23:01, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

- Yes DYKcheck . It will calculate the expansion, and post a message at the top of the article saying whether or not it met the 5X. You can use it with or without loading it onto your left-hand Toolbox. If you have it in your Toolbox, all you have to do is pull up an article and go over to the Toolbox and click DYK check and let it do its magic. Lists, tables or blocks of quotes are not counted. Should you have questions about any result, you can always post a query over at WPDYK— Maile (talk) 21:54, 11 December 2012 (UTC)
