  • At the moment this article is insufficiently referenced. For example, there is not a single reference given in the final paragraph about modern day uses. I have tweaked the hook. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 14:39, 5 February 2014 (UTC)
  • I will go and look. It's translated from German, - they don't use inline citation much. It's a FA there. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:06, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
  • I found the fact that the cross was used in the procession for inauguration of Hengsbach as first bishop of the new diocese Essen on 1 January 1958 often on websites but they mirror the German Wikipedia. I found that the cross was used in a service to reopen the Treasury, but that was 21st century. Two other projects before I will turn to this again. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 22:15, 15 February 2014 (UTC)
ALT1: ... that newer scholarship notices that the Cross of Otto and Mathilde (pictured) shows the siblings as family members and not as dignitaries? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:23, 17 February 2014 (UTC)

Article created on 28 January, nominated 3 February. Normally would be ineligible as outside the time limit however I notice the large influx of contend on 30 January so I am happy to accept this as a 5x expansion from 30 January so it is within the time limit. Hooks are fine, AGF on source, I think Alt1 is better. Picture licence is fine. Not a self-nom, QPQ not needed. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 09:12, 24 February 2014 (UTC)
