• New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. Both hook refs verified and cited inline, although I prefer the first one as being more colorful. However, I would invert the clauses as you did in the article:
• ALT2: ... that Filipina feminist Concepción Felix founded A Drop of Milk to train maternity nurses and provide sterile milk to malnourished infants?
