Article is new enough and long enough to qualify. It is generally well written and sourced, though the paragraph ending "especially in Pembrokeshire where seams were squeezed completely out of shape" would benefit from more references. The image seems OK and has a Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication licence. As for the hook, it is not clear what "led the world" really means. - I agree, I was in a hurry and the hook is a bit vague. As for the passage you mentioned, it came from Geology of South Wales (with attribution) but I must find a suitable source for the information or remove it. For the hook, how about -

- Let's forget the image, which is not particularly applicable to the hook. When I have time to expand the article I will hope to cover pit disasters, like the one at Senghenydd. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:30, 14 April 2016 (UTC)
