ALT2... that after the English navy defeated Philip II's French fleet, he had his surviving ships burnt?

ALT1 is good, I find ALT0 a bit confusing as to whether Philip had his own ships burnt of if he had his enemies (the Frenchs') ships burnt. L293D (☎ • ✎) 12:21, 3 November 2018 (UTC)

I personally prefer ALT1, but I would propose a modification to ALT2:
