BL Boötis[edit]

  • ... that BL Boo is also known as V19?

Created by Casliber (talk). Self nominated at 11:58, 6 August 2014 (UTC).

  • ALT1 ... that BL Boötis (known as BL Boo) in the constellation of Boötes is a BL Boötis variable? (say it quickly forwards and backwards).
  • ALT2 ... that BL Boötis (or BL Boo) in Boötes is not a binary but a BL Boötis variable?

All the normal checks done: close-paraphrasing, length, copyvio, age, neutrality, QPQ completed. If you want to use the ALTs the reference will need moving up to the bit on BL Boötis variables. Otherwise ready. Belle (talk) 12:23, 6 August 2014 (UTC)

With work we can make it all B. Here's a start"

  • ALT3 ... that Boötes' BL Boötis ("BL Boo") be not binary but a BL Boötis variable?

I hope that still makes sense because I don't know what all that means anyway. I'm still working on variable but I suppose we could drop it in pursuit of all this consonance:

  • ALT4 ... that Boötes' BL Boötis ("BL Boo") be not binary?

Hahaha, reminds me of, "Betty bought a bit of butter but the butter Betty bought was bitter so Betty bought a bit of better butter"....but now back to it - ALT3 is funny.Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 20:39, 6 August 2014 (UTC)
If we are being silly: that Boötes' BL Boötis ("BL Boo"), bewildered boffins before being buttonholed: big, brilliant, burning ball believed binary by Bolshevik brains, but by-and-by blessed by BL Boötis brand basically because better broadcast brightness, background, blueness breakdown bore benefits? Belle (talk) 01:10, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
Beyond belief, Belle. EEng (talk) 02:29, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
Bloody brilliant XD Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 07:20, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
'Ere's erudite English expert EEng, 'e examines elfin editor's enchanting example enticement expecting excruciating errors, eventually expresses excitement, exclaiming "Entirely excellent effort! Encompasses effectively everything efficiently!" Commotion calls curious conscientious content contributor Cas (Core Contest coordinator); completing celestial candidate's current certification check carefully, catches clever consonance concatenation; considers copyediting changes critically, cheerfully cries "Completely charming: cited, colourful, cute!" (Concurrently copies crucial citation completing checklist compliance). Boredom brings Belle back believing both blokes blooming batty because blistering B-based barrage basically bollocks; blushes; begins brief banter. (I did have a longer version of this that discussed some aspects of my appearance, a lot of Bs but I think it will be better as a subscription-only download.) Cas Liber do you want to use one of the ALTs (EEng's are funny but they skirt around English how it is spoke) or your original (or suggest something else)? Belle (talk) 15:25, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
I must say, Belle, you really do have a talent for this. [1] EEng (talk) 15:35, 7 August 2014 (UTC) P.S. BTW I think it's OK for hooks to occasionally skirt English how it be spoke. On a bespoke basis, of course.
I was thinking of ALT3 or ALT2 - either is ok. I think there is enough fun but enough straightness to be fine for mainpage. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 20:30, 7 August 2014 (UTC)
See above (most of the refs are offline which is why I'm using the AGF tick). Ready to go with either ALT2 or ALT3; I prefer ALT2 (obviously, it's mine) as I think we'll get reports at WP:ERRORS with ALT3 (but these two fine gentlemen have ganged up on poor helpless little old me; won't anyone come to the aid of a damsel in distress? Haylp! Haaaaylp!) Really, prep-builder, just choose whichever you prefer. Belle (talk) 01:06, 8 August 2014 (UTC)
