... that a landmarked house on Abolitionist Place in Downtown Brooklyn may have been a stop on the Underground Railroad?

Article is new and long enough, hook is cited to the New York Times appropriately, no copyvio issues, and QPQ is done. Interesting to learn about the Underground Railroad, a topic I had not researched before, so thanks for that. @Ritchie333 and Epicgenius: What kind of image are you thinking would be ideal? Something older? Again, there are photos of what 227 Duffield looks like today in the category linked above. There is unfortunately a tree directly in front and cars in between so those are the best I could manage. A photo of the street from the end wasn't particularly interesting because the only things visible are new buildings and cars. This one shows how the buildings on either side of 227 have been demolished (and in one case rebuilt), but it wasn't IMO as eyecatching at small size, hence why I used the street sign. Also, yeah, I feel lucky to have found a landmark in NYC to write about before EG got there first. :) — Rhododendrites ^talk \\ 16:52, 19 February 2021 (UTC)
