I don't usually write this, but this one's going to be bit controversial, so specifying that per Wikipedia talk:Did you know/Archive 185#Request for comment on Ukraine and Russia hooks, there is a consensus that hooks related to Russia, Ukraine, or the war are allowed as long as they meet the criteria.
