I just don’t understand what is meant by “The song uses African style percussion (despite nonsense lyric)”; for one thing, although the refrain is deliberate nonsense, the verses are in plain English, telling the listener that they should look for meaning - and find love - elsewhere (“Look for meaning not in words/ But in the way you're feeling”).
