Change the opening sentence - Change "Yes, God, Yes is a 2019 American comedy-drama film with atheistic tone written and directed by Karen Maine and starring Natalia Dyer." to "Yes, God, Yes is a 2019 American comedy-drama film written and directed by Karen Maine and starring Natalia Dyer."
Explanation for change: In the reference from an interview with RogerEbert (https://www.rogerebert.com/interviews/karen-maine-interview-yes-god-yes) from July 22, 2020, the director and writer of the movie, Karen Maine, describes herself as an "agnostic", says she "used to be an atheist [but not now]", says she practices some Jewish customs and rituals with her family, like "Rosh Hashanah services and Yom Kippur and we do Passover," and is "into the idea of some greater being." Thus to call this movie's tone "atheistic" defies the director and writer's intentions and stated beliefs.
The film is about what the film creator perceives to be dangerous sex ed in religious schools and forms of religious hypocrisy on sexual matters. It has a highly satirical tone. It's a critique of some organized religion, which the creator in this interviews says she still doesn't trust, but it is neither a Christian nor an atheistic movie. It doesn't really tackle the existence of God.
Lastly, least importantly, on a note of the word 'tone' - ideologies of any kind are not tones. There are not 'Muslim or agnostic or Communist or Republican tones', but there might be important 'Muslim or agnostic themes or ideas, etc.' Tones tend to refer to the emotion of the film creator, like a satirical or dark or humorous tone. To say "atheistic tone" doesn't match the language we use to describe tones and themes and religious/ideological questions within film or literature. [1]

Plot wording[edit]
I haven't seen the film and am not Catholic, but wording in the plot section seems odd. "...any sexual activity not aimed toward procreation within a heterosexual marriage is damned for all eternity..."
It is my understanding that "damnation" is the person being tormented by God for all of eternity. The current wording means that either the sex is tortured (which makes no sense) or that I misunderstand the concept of "damnation".
