How are the teams qualified to the Cup? According to the template at bottom, only Africa and the Americas have their own Cup to decide qualifiers. There must be quite many teams in Europe and Asia which could be participating. 85.217.15.135 (talk) 04:59, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
