Two or more Wood Ends[edit]

There are two or more Wood Ends in Warwickshre. One is a small hamlet about 3 or 4 miles north of the northern border of Coventry. Snowman (talk) 22:55, 19 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Another is a former mining village between Tamworth and Atherstone. I'm not sure about the one near Tanworth-In-Arden though as I'm not very familiar with the southern part of the county. I might add a 'see also' section to each of these Wood Ends in a few days to clear up any confusion. Any comments on this would be welcome. Cheers Paul20070 (talk) 11:57, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
A signpost to the disambiguation page would probably be adequate. Snowman (talk) 12:23, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
ok, I may as well do that now. Cheers Paul20070 (talk) 12:31, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
would it be better to rename this as "wood end, south warwickshire" and rename the one in the north currently named wood end, atherstone "wood end, north warickshire" to avoid confusion?, —Preceding unsigned comment added by MarkBegg (talkcontribs) 16:01, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
What about Wood End, Warwickshire (near Coventry) which should also be considered in this renaming as it is not currently named to the usual convention. Keith D (talk) 23:06, 7 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
