Did Whren open up an (unintended) outcome of an increase in racial profiling?[edit]

Seems that the knock-on effects of the Whren decision and the specific allowance in US law of pretextual stops is back in the news and discussions in scholarly circles. N2e (talk) 19:51, 11 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
