Import order link[edit]

The Buy from Play-Asia link listed in the article is a referral link, which gives a benefit to the person who made the link whenever somebody purchases the game through it. I'm not all that familiar with Wikipedia policy, but it doesn't really seem right to me for an encyclopedia to have a link in such a way, but I'm not sure if I'll get whacked over the head with something if I change it. The non-referral link (if desired) is http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-9g-77-1-49-en-15-Wario-70-1pnq-43-99.html. --71.112.211.180 08:22, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

UK/Euro Release Date[edit]

The front page of Nintendo Europe sometimes says that the game is out on 30 June. That's a Saturday, but surely this is a reliable source. They probably mean 29 June. Any thoughts? Cipher (Talk to the hand) 14:55, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Actually the European release date is June the first, check nintendo of Europe's cite. -not logged in

The game's page on NoE says June, but doesn't specify a date. The front page says June 30th. I haven't seen anywhere on NoE that says it comes out on the 1st. Or did you mean the citation (cite vs. site)? Because it doesn't have one, and if it did, I'll wager it would have been from an online store, which aren't good sources compared to, you know, the game's publisher. ...I have found an old news page on NoE that says it's out on the 1st, but that's presumably older than the front page appearance. 217.44.118.112 18:13, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Although they now have an article up which explicitly states at the end that the game is out June 1st. Let's cross our fingers for Final Fantasy VI Advance being around the same time.

Spoiler Warning[edit]

Someone should include a "spoiler warning" above the Story section. It gives away much of the story, but no spoiler mention is made.

Nintendo Gamer,Kevin 20 5 23 26 23:19, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

All right, if nobody's going to add it, I will! Can someone at least tell me how to do it? Sincerely, Kevin 20 5 23 26 00:53, 20 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

As per your request, the spoiler warning was added. FYI, in future, you can find out how to do something that you don't know how to do already by using the search feature. Bilge [TC] 10:36, 11 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
See Wikipedia:Spoiler: the "storyline" section can be expected to contain plot details, so there is no need for an extra warning. Kusma (talk) 05:19, 12 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Wario STILL isn't rich?!"[edit]

So what is this, a prequel to Wario Land, or something? Unless he wasted all his money and treasures already. But then, why would they say "still"? 208.101.130.232 13:24, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Masterofdisguise-eps1.jpg[edit]

Image:Masterofdisguise-eps1.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Reception[edit]

NST mentioning[edit]

The US version of the game makes no mention of Nintendo Software Technology anywhere. I'm kinda curious as to where that bit of information came from. --Thunderbird8 (talk) 00:37, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It comes from MobyGames. Megata Sanshiro (talk) 07:49, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I just looked at the entry on MobyGames and there is no mention of NST. Maybe I missed something, or something was changed there. Also, as far as I know if NST does a game, their name is mentioned near the beginning of the game (and on the game case). But the name does not appear anywhere in this game. --Thunderbird8 (talk) 13:18, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
NST = Nintendo Software Technology... On the Mobygames page it's right next to the cover art under "Developed by". Megata Sanshiro (talk) 21:18, 1 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I only see Suzak under Developed by, no NST. Did a CTRL+F5 on the page to double check. --Thunderbird8 (talk) 01:09, 2 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
It has been over a week, and since IGN, GameSpot and GameFAQs all list Suzak as the only developer, I've removed NST from the article. --Thunderbird8 (talk) 20:54, 11 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
