Origin of the Article[edit]

I have created this article without references because it is wholly derived from other Wikipedia articles covering the same historical period and covering other historical personages mentioned. My purpose is simply to initiate the process of filling a hole I noticed in the coverage of Emperor Ling's reign. I have no doubt that others, more schooled in these matters than I, will fill in the blanks, provide references, and make the proper linkages.

I have also created a link to this article on the "Wang Fu" disambiguation page and in the article on Dou Wu.

What's needed next is for someone to create an article about Prince Liu Kui, who seems to have been important, given that he was the brother of the emperor previous to Ling. But currently when one searches Wikipedia for "Liu Kui" one is redirected to a different person of the same era, Liu Gai. So the redirect needs to be fixed as well.
