WPCS is on the stock is on the rise and a definite buy. After the News announced on 04/08/2014 that in 10 days they will have their online launch date. by ^[1] This in mind its a must buy now( before April 18, 2014). Whether or not told on to it is the Question. With my experience in stocks like this I would keep a close eye on it all day, and be ready to sell as soon as you get an err feeling.
