I'm pretty sure "WACO" is not actually their call signal. I think I heard them say it once, a K-something that didn't spell anything.Cantras 02:07, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

3/10/2009 FYI WACO-FM is one of three stations in the United States where the call letters spell out the name of the city of license. (The other stations are WARE (AM) in Ware, Massachusetts and WISE-FM in Wise, Virginia.) WACO-FM is also one of a small number of callsigns whose beginning letter deviates from FCC standards.
