Name[edit]

The original name in Bulgarian is not 'reka Vladaya', but rather 'reka Vladayska'. It is incorrectly assumed that the name is an adjective to the noun river and describing the place of origin of the river. It is indeed a proper noun and should not be altered when written in other languages.
