There seems to be an 80-100% overlap between the HD and the CDP. Actually, since CDPs don't have fixed borders (except for 1 census) there's no real way to tell if they are in anyway different. Smallbones_(smalltalk) 21:09, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
