Per WP:NFILMCHAR, this article appears to fail both criteria (just one non-cameo appearance, though it looks like BornonJune8 piled a bunch of sources, curiously in the "External Links" section rather than sources) and should be redirected to the "In Other Media/Film" section of Vicki Vale. For sure. Nicole Kidman's Vicki Vale just doesn't have the same notability as, say, Michelle Pfeifer's Selina Kyle, or even Jack Nicholson's Joker, despite all of them ultimately being one-off characters.
