Vernhams Dean → Vernham Dean – Vernham Dean seems to be universally accepted as the village name. There is less agreement on the parish name, with the parish council itself using Vernham Dean, whilst the ONS and OS use Vernhams Dean. I think we should use Vernham Green as the principal name, whilst of course acknowledging the other in a redirect and in the text. chris_j_wood (talk) 17:57, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Support per WP:WIAN since the OS and its own website don't use the "s". "Vernhams Dean" is the name of its CP but that is a sub topic of the village and we don't usually have separate articles. I moved the Commons category back in 2017. Crouch, Swale (talk) 18:12, 2 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
