Suggestion of merger with University of KwaZulu-Natal[edit]

I've removed the tags suggesting this merger: The institutions making up UKZN were seperate entities for quite some time, and important in their own right. I've included all the notable alumni I could find from the UKZN page (but left them there, too, to keep people happy). This may become hard to maintain, but it looks like it could get controversial, so I'd rather stick with the compromise.

To do:

Go through "what links here" and find other alumni.
Include more information on the history of the institution, including involvement in anti-apartheid activism.
