Pending Lawsuit[edit]

Anyone want to update the article with information about Ingenix being pursued by the state of New York for overcharging patients? http://healthcare.zdnet.com/?p=1690 or http://www.nytimes.com/2009/01/13/health/policy/13care.html?hp. I don't think this: "Health insurance companies pay Ingenix to gain access to these rate determinations" is quite right.
