I am contemplating a significant rewrite of this article. It would be helpful to have some input.

Screw the rewrite[edit]

This article is lame and needs to be rewritten. But I'm done. I'm not wasting the time. This is enough of a topic to deserve around 8,000 words, a couple of photos and diagrams, and extensive links to dozens of other articles about appraisal certification, appraisal organizations, appraisal in the US, etc. KTrimble (talk) 22:17, 23 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
