I don't know, people![edit]

For anyone who posts the question here, no, I don't know how the Model Law which was adopted in 1985 came to be included in a piece of Australian legislation passed in 1974. I can only assume that the Australian legislation was amended in or after 1985 to include the provisions of the Model Law. Legis 11:32, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
