I'm aware of the history. I don't see the need for a hatnote on such a small dab, as it's what dabs are for and perfectly handled in the see also per WP:MOSDAB (which also says hatnotes are ok). Uh, what? It's a clear case for a {{distinguish}}. It does not have any relevance as a "see also". You seem to misunderstand the Universal Tube case. Not only is it relevant because of the litigation, it's relevant because people genuinely search for "utube" and intend to find YouTube. MOSDAB doesn't address this.
