HISPANIC is not a racial category[edit]

As most people already know, "Hispanic" is a category that crosses racial boundaries. One can be both hispanic and white, hispanic and black, hispanic and Native American, etc.

So in "all" jurisdictions in the United States, not just in Twin Lakes, adding the "Hispanic" percentages to all the racial categories will yield a number higher than 100%.
