Mixtape vs. Studio album[edit]

Hi. I'm uninvolved in this matter, but according to this source, this particular album is considered a mixtape. However, after going through the article history, there have been some issues going on whether it is a studio album or a mixtape. In order to obtain a WP:CONSENSUS among individual editors, is it appropriate to call this album a studio album or a mixtape?
