POV?[edit]

This reads a bit like it's right from a brochure. Someone want to tone down the language a bit?

Indeed. Convicted felon Sol Wachtler a "prominent" member of the faculty? Shame on Sol Wachtler for his inexcusable criminal behavior, shame on the NY Bar for reinstating him and shame on Touro for giving scum like him a chance to corrupt young minds! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.190.98.49 (talk) 01:03, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

State and federal courts[edit]

I removed the following statement, "Touro is the only law school in the country on the same campus as both a state and federal courthouse." Touro is not directly connected to either institution other than sharing land carved up from the psychiatric center. And for what it's worth cohalen courthouse is actually a suffolk county building (in which a state court sits). Americasroof (talk) 03:11, 9 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Adds[edit]

Hi -- the "notable" faculty added that don't have wp articles need independent RS sources that show them to be notable per wikipedia standards. A ref simply to their writings, for example, does not suffice. And not all professors are notable -- they need to satisfy our notability criteria. Such entries are subject to deletion.--Epeefleche (talk) 03:04, 9 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

  • Where can I find wikipedia notability criteria? Thanks!21:01, 9 December 2014 (UTC)Evygiles (talk)
