Grammar and other problems[edit]

This article needs to have its grammar cleaned up; there's quite a few phrases like 'the highway has being constructed', etc. Also, the word 'carriageway' has been misspelt both here and on other pages as 'carridgeway'. There's also a bit of a POV problem with this phrase: '...this proposed route may be cancelled or changed as I don't see it being considered until after 2010.' I have changed "grade separated" → "grade-separated" (x2), but could you clarify where an extra hyphen would go in "This traffic light controlled at-grade intersection"? ...
