That was just bad editing on the part of who ever made the plot synopsis. The CIA spy was the police detective.--Splashen (talk) 22:39, 8 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ted Koslo[edit]

On the Gacy (film) page, it said that the character of Ted Koslo was based upon 2 young men who lived with Gacy in reality. What about the character of Ted Koslo in TCAK? Was he also based on both young men who lived with John Wayne Gacy or only just one--Splashen (talk) 03:44, 1 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

He is based particularly upon Rossi. At the start of the movie there is a message stating "certain events have been changed or combined". Should mean the events and background of Koslo's character are a combination of Rossi and Cram.--Kieronoldham (talk) 00:10, 27 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
