A lot of the description in the Menu and Service sections is very typical of most other restaurants of this type, and doesn't describe what's notable about this specific one. It's not necessary to list the full menu; there should be a mention of the items reliable sources have mentioned as being notable, and why. Why is it noteworthy that the ingredients are a shell, beef, lettuce, and cheese, and that some items are deep-fried in lard? The article doesn't specify what's different about it from any typical taco. Looking at the sources, it looks like the point is that hard-shell tacos are generally considered low-quality, but these are high-quality, but the article doesn't say that. The fact that the restaurant has walk-up-windows and serves in cardboard boxes is unremarkable and doesn't need to be mentioned at all. Antony–22 (talk⁄contribs) 20:47, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
I disagree. When writing an encyclopedic article, we should include description from the sources without being undue. We shouldn't say, "Well, this is a taco stand, and you know taco stands serve tacos, so what more is there to say?" Readers are also not comparing restaurant articles to figure out what's different about each one. I ate at Tito's Tacos regularly back in the 1980s, and I can tell you it wasn't an upper-class joint at all, so you won't find your assertion that this is high-quality food in any source. Also, the real point is that these are American-style hard shell tacos being served in a Mexican restaurant. Most Mexican restaurants in Los Angeles serve soft shell tacos. Yoninah (talk) 21:25, 4 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
