Talk:Timeline of major U.S. environmental and occupational health regulation

I started this article on major US regulation of environmental/occupational health. A few points about why I chose what I did:

  • it's "US", but not "Federal", because some state regulations (particularly California's) are later adopted by other states or on the federal level;
  • it's "environmental and occupational health" because those fields are closely linked, particularly with respect to regulation;
  • there is already a timeline in EPA, but a lot of important regulation predates EPA or happens outside of EPA (especially in OSHA);
  • I have bolded the regulations that are most significant to EOH, but this is probably pretty subjective.

There are a number of redlinks on the page now, but some could be redirected to existing articles which might not cover each Act under its name (or, better yet, we could put in redirects to the Act names).

I'm hoping to add a few sentences about each regulation to help put it into context.
