Is the PSPCA a news source? It's not a newspaper or TV station and as the PSPCA is involved in this case it is not an impartial source of information. I am referring to these recently added items: "PSPCA Saves the Lives of Hundreds of Cats at Tiger Ranch", PSPCA, March 20, 2008 "Tiger Ranch Update: Lin Marie Facing Over 500 Cruelty Charges; Surviving Cats Continue to Heal", PSPCA, April 9, 2008 CatAnna (talk) 03:32, 29 April 2008 (UTC)CatAnna[reply]

It's a news source in the sense they are providing news about the animals, yes. It's probably not impartial because they are involved, yes.
