They played a season at Halifax Trinity CC in King Cross Lane, a season at Ovenden CC and then from 1876-1886 at Halifax Trinity CC at Hanson Lane opposite Thrum Hall. The Trevor Delaney book I've just added to the bibliography has all the details, and is well worth a read if you're interested in RL history, although it was published in 1991 so is a little out of date.
