points are great[edit]

it would be great for examples (links to cases where the point is well illustrated) for the lists of points of the operation of the act - doesnt have to be every one, even just a few would break the potential it looks like another public servant has grabbed their act and put it here verbatim trap - the potential for footnotes/links to illustrate the functions or the issues at stake would make it unique and much more encyclopediac - there are heaps of stubs about government authorities with lists of things and not a footnote or link in site addressing any of the points JarrahTree 11:07, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

wow well beyond the usual repository of authority rules or principles - excellent! JarrahTree 14:18, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
thanks for your great examples. MargaretRDonald (talk) 14:41, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
not very pleased with the way they have gone in - maybe a different section for actions that have had the act specifically mentioned in cases , and the plans and draft proposals in a another - and actually addressing what they involved rather than being tacked on... but thats just being picky with my own edit - and not asking anyone else necessarily to do the thing.. careful reading /or knowledge of the context of the range of items in https://trove.nla.gov.au/book/result?q=NSW+Threatened+Species+Conservation+Act+1995+%28TSC+Act%29 - suggests something close to a novella - there are elements of the responses to the act and its ramifications JarrahTree 15:05, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
