According to the article the English name is "The little ghost Godfrey". I did a search for that title and "Laban, the friendly ghost" on both Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk and could only find results for "The Little Ghost Godfrey". Is there any reason for this article being where it is now? It's not a translation of the Swedish title because in Swedish the name of the character is "Lilla spöket Laban" which translates to "The Little Ghost Laban".
