Typos[edit]

Please be careful what you add to an international encyclopedia, and read what you have contributed to check for careless typing! Mistakes include "conudcted" and "puilding", just within the "History" section. This is not just a piece of school project work, it is a public encyclopedia. Please try and write to a high standard. Thanks. PamD 00:04, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

referencing[edit]

The "philosophy section is cited only from “Pedagogy in Theory and Practice: Teaching Girls at The Linden School" Just what is this publication? It is not in G Scholar, G books, Amazon, or Worldcat, or Eric. Mathrial like this, which is a value judgement, needs an exact quotation in a good source.

However, I have found one definite reference for you in Eric: "A Social Justice Data Fair: Questioning the World through Math" by : Alexander, Beth; Munk, Michelle Rethinking Schools, v25 n1 p51-54 Fall 2010 [1]. Unfortunately, ERIC says Rethinking Schools is not a peer-reviewed journal, but I think you can use it anyway.

There's also her "The Girls Have It!" by Wood, Julie M. in Instructor, v109 n6 p31-35 Mar 2000. EJ604243 [2] which seems from the abstract to be about the school also.

You might want to search this database for the works of the school founders also. DGG ( talk ) 23:56, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
