Fair use rationale for Image:Annex logo.jpg[edit]

Image:Annex logo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Real Estate & Wealth Expo a scam?[edit]

According to this blog (the author's name appears to be a pseudonym — combination of Lana Turner and Johnny Stompanato), people paid $49 or $179 for weekend passes, $499 for VIP passes to listen to speeches by Donald Trump and other celebrities and to attend infomercials for people such as Russ Whitney to sell them expensive get-rich-quick "seminars".^[1]^[2] Quote: "I also learned that a majority of the real estate "gurus" who spoke at the real estate wealth expo are currently under indictment for defrauding consumers."^[2] I looked for RS on these expos which sound like a scam (big names to draw the entrance-fee paying crowds who are then fleeced by the "gurus") but haven't found any so far. The blog sounds legit but it's anonymous, so I don't think I can use it. Space4Time3Continuum2x (talk) 14:54, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
