Statements I generally found to be WP:WEASEL or otherwise needs citing badly (original text in italics):

  • Brøderbund's marketing department quit just weeks before the game was released, - needs cite, as does everything else in that paragraph.

Loose Ends[edit]

At the end of the game, if you get the 'bad ending' where you give him the egg, he thanks you and offers you a gift. He tells you that when you reach your destination, you should ask them about the 'twelfth tribe' (unless I'm mishearing him). This doesn't lead anywhere because the train explodes before you get to your destination. However, it seems to be a loose end that suggests something.

The only thing I could find about a 'twelfth tribe' is a theory from a book that says that European Jews are not descended from the people of Jerusalem. What that has to do with the game world, I have no idea. Perhaps I'm misinterpreting something, but did anyone else come across this? Wow - what a discovery![edit]

I am just a few hours away (unless I am mistaken, my dear watson) from OPENING THE DATA FILES OF THE LAST EXPRESS! I have discovered that it is in this format: High Performance File System!!!
