Talk:The Giant Who Had No Heart in His Body

It strikes me that this story has its origins in the christianisation of Nordic culture. The plot suggests that the ancient Viking roots must be pulled up and disgarded in favour of a more loving/caring message. Anyone have any information about its beginnings?

I think of the Norse folklore of Hrungnir, the giant whose heart was made of stone, in contrast to the Mokkerkalfe set up in the battle with Hrungnir, who was not living but had a real heart within it. Nagelfar 23:56, 28 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalization of Title[edit]

When the title is capitalized like this it makes it seem like the article refers to a single story or book. I do not think this capitalization is appropriate for a fairy tale.
