Drum Controversy[edit]

I'd like to add there is significant controversy over whether the drums are a machine, or if Shaw played them. Band leaders in the past have been less-than-truthful about using a drum machine due to the stigma in the metal genre over using one. There are comments searchable on the internet who claim Shaw actually programmed the drums and sent them to King Diamond. Others say Shaw played on some tracks and not others. Ultimately, it's guesswork at this point. But the statement in this article is a definitive one, and that's simply not true. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Soul schizm (talkcontribs) 22:30, 13 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Narrator/protagonist[edit]

His past three concept albums have been told from the perspective of the protagonists with this one being told from the view of a narrator.

Isn't Abigail also told from the viewpoint of a narrator, while Them and Conspiracy are from the viewpoint of King? --203.27.154.42 12:31, 31 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
