Macrons[edit]

Are macrons necessary for character names? I know they're used for real people, but the official translation of the work doesn't use macrons. I think it would be better to leave them out and just put a macron when giving the Japanese characters/reading for the name. Douggers (talk) 02:31, 22 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
