A couple of comments[edit]

The article was tagged with a category stating that the site is a body of water. It is not in the GNIS database and I did not find the name of the creek on the maps where the historical marker is located. It looks like a very small trickle of water. It seems that it's more clearly a historical site than a body of water, unless I am missing something.
I renamed the article based upon the name of the historical marker, "The Bloody Spring" from "Bloody spring".
I don't know if the article is notable. It may be that this content could be merged into Fort Augusta or Shamokin (village). There was, though, a red link for it at the List of Pennsylvania state historical markers in Northumberland County.–CaroleHenson (talk) 02:27, 29 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
